LudoPanda Official Game Rules

These Official Game Rules apply together with the Terms of Use and the material conditions displayed before entry. Event-specific rules shown in LudoPanda form part of the rules for that event.

Last updated 27 September 2026

1. Authoritative game state

LudoPanda uses server-validated gameplay and transaction records. Validated dice events, moves, scores, captures, turns, disconnects, entries and results are used for settlement, subject to correction of a confirmed technical error.

2. Turn time, skipped turns and leaving

  • A standard competitive turn allows up to 12 seconds for the required player action.
  • Failure to act within the permitted time may be recorded as a skipped turn.
  • Three qualifying skipped turns may cause a player to be treated as having left the match.
  • An explicit Quit or Leave action is treated according to the applicable mode and may end or forfeit that participation.

3. Dice and extra-turn rules

  • A six grants the applicable additional roll or turn opportunity.
  • Two consecutive sixes are permitted.
  • A third consecutive six is invalid for movement and ends that sequence under the server rule.
  • A valid capture or successful token finish may grant an additional turn under the applicable gameplay rule.

4. Scoring, safe cells and finishing

  • Each valid forward step contributes +1 to the applicable score.
  • When a token is captured, the score accumulated by that token is lost under the scoring rule.
  • A token successfully completed into home receives the applicable double-score completion treatment.
  • Tokens occupying designated safe cells are protected from ordinary capture.
  • Where stacked tokens are permitted, a valid protected stack follows the board protection rule.

5. Classic Duel

  • Players: 2.
  • Standard match duration: 5 minutes.
  • Standard turn duration: 12 seconds.
  • The entry fee and final prize information displayed before entry apply to the match.
  • At time expiry, the active eligible turn may complete and the configured fairness or equalisation procedure is applied before settlement.

6. Classic Arena

  • Players: 4.
  • Standard match duration: 10 minutes.
  • Standard turn duration: 12 seconds.
  • The entry fee, final prize pool and placement distribution displayed before entry apply to the match.
  • Where a first or second-place split is used, the displayed split is authoritative for that Arena.

7. Elite Duel and Elite Arena

Elite uses the corresponding Duel or Arena core gameplay rules but may have different eligibility, entry fee, currency, prize, payout or other displayed conditions. The values shown before entry control that particular Elite match.

8. Time expiry and tie-breaking

The visible timer may expire while a valid turn is in progress. LudoPanda may permit the active turn to finish and apply configured turn-equalisation rules before final time-based settlement.

Where scores are equal, the configured score-then-position tie-break rule for the match or event is applied. Any additional event-specific tie rule displayed before entry forms part of that competition.

9. Failed starts and zero-move protection

Where a competitive match cannot properly begin within the configured start window, the server may cancel the match and refund eligible entry value.

For standard Duel or Arena settlement, if both sides have zero valid moves, eligible entries are refunded. If one side has zero valid moves, eligible entries are refunded. Once the participation required for valid settlement has occurred, the match may settle normally under the applicable rules.

Attempts to deliberately manufacture a refund condition may be investigated under the Fair Play Policy.

10. Local Cup

Local Cup is a solo score-run tournament. Its market title may differ by country, including Dalasi Cup, Naira Cup, Cedi Cup, Cefa Cup, Liberia Cup or Panda Cup.

The event page specifies entry requirements, schedule, prize structure, attempts, leaderboard and material event-specific conditions. Where multiple attempts are permitted, the player's best valid server-confirmed score is used for ranking unless the event states otherwise.

11. Local Cup attempts, quits and reconnects

Where joining and starting a run are separate actions, joining does not by itself mean the attempt has been played. A valid attempt is consumed according to the event start and settlement rules.

An explicit Quit ends the active run and consumes the attempt under the applicable contest rule. An involuntary interruption is handled under the reconnect or checkpoint process instead of being treated automatically as a voluntary Quit.

Where the standard solo reconnect grace applies, the server may allow up to 60 seconds to resume. If the run cannot be resumed in time after confirmed gameplay, it may be finalised using the last valid server-confirmed checkpoint.

Where an eligible paid entry was joined but remained genuinely unused under the event rules, it may be refunded at event settlement. A free or promotional attempt has no cash-refund value unless expressly stated.

12. Global Combat

Global Combat is a solo score-run event using the eligibility and entry method configured for the event. Ranking is based on valid server-confirmed results.

Where multiple attempts are permitted, the best valid score is used unless the event states otherwise. Reconnect, checkpoint, explicit-Quit and eligible unused-entry treatment follow the rules displayed for that event.

13. Practice and Academy

Practice is intended for learning and improvement rather than an ordinary paid competitive match. Where the Practice Academy programme is active, the app displays the applicable game allowance, eligible rewards and completion conditions.

Promotional Practice conditions may change for future unused games. A reward already validly earned is handled according to the applicable programme rule.

14. Connectivity and service-side failures

Running out of battery, manually closing the app, disabling network access or losing a personal connection does not automatically create a refund right. Reconnect or checkpoint protections apply only where provided by the relevant mode.

Where a confirmed LudoPanda service failure makes reliable settlement impossible, LudoPanda may restore the session, cancel the affected game, refund eligible entry value or make another appropriate correction based on authoritative records.

15. Cheating, disputes and rule changes

A result affected by cheating, collusion, multiple-account abuse, automation, exploits, modified clients, manipulated networking or other prohibited conduct may be invalidated after review.

A player who believes a result is incorrect should contact Support with the player ID, match or event reference, approximate date and time, disputed result, relevant transaction reference and useful screenshots.

Rules may be updated for future matches or events. A material rule change should not normally be applied retroactively to an entry already validly made, except where required to correct a technical error, comply with law or protect competition integrity.
