1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using LudoPanda, you agree to these Terms and any mode, tournament, wallet, payment, promotional and responsible-play rules shown before use.
You must meet the minimum legal age and any other eligibility requirement in your location. You must not use a paid or prize-enabled feature where doing so is prohibited.
2. Account responsibility
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Use only accounts you are authorised to control.
- Keep your device, sign-in method and verification codes secure.
- Notify Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not sell, transfer or share an account to evade controls or gain an unfair advantage.
3. Games and competitions
The entry fee, player count, prize structure, timing, scoring, move limits, quit rules and settlement method displayed for a mode or event form part of these Terms.
Network interruption, reconnect behaviour, inactivity, incomplete starts, ties, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the applicable mode rules and authoritative server records.
4. Wallets, payments and withdrawals
LudoPanda may maintain separate balances for deposits, winnings, coins, bonuses or other promotional value. Each balance may have different permitted uses and withdrawal conditions.
Payment and withdrawal availability depends on your market, verification status, limits and the supported provider. Fees, exchange rates and expected processing information are shown where applicable before confirmation.
We may delay or reject a transaction where required for verification, fraud prevention, technical review, legal compliance or protection of the service.
5. Fair use and prohibited activity
- Do not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, automate play or use a modified client.
- Do not manipulate payments, referrals, offers, rankings, matchmaking or event results.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account or non-public systems.
- Do not use LudoPanda for unlawful activity, money laundering, harassment or abuse.
6. Reviews, restrictions and closure
We may review activity, request information, restrict a feature, suspend an account, void an affected result or close an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, correct an error or meet a legal obligation.
Where permitted, legitimate withdrawable funds remaining after completed reviews and adjustments will be handled under the applicable withdrawal rules.
7. Service availability and changes
Features may be added, changed, paused or withdrawn. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date or communicated through an appropriate service channel.
8. Intellectual property
LudoPanda software, branding, visual assets, text and service design are owned by or licensed to Benaplay Limited. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
LudoPanda is provided subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every defect will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and any remaining liability is limited to losses reasonably connected to the affected service.

Contact Support first with the relevant account, match, event or transaction information. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights in your location.
