Player Protection

LudoPanda Fair Play Policy

Fair competition depends on authorised accounts, validated game records and equal application of published rules. This Policy explains conduct that can compromise competition integrity.

Last updated 27 September 2026

1. Fair play requirement

Players must use their own authorised account and the authorised LudoPanda client. Attempts to obtain an unfair financial, competitive, promotional or ranking advantage are prohibited.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Bots, scripts, macros or unauthorised automation.
  • Modified clients or tampering with game or network communications.
  • Collusion, arranged results, intentional losing or coordinated score manipulation.
  • Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities or technical errors for advantage.
  • Duplicate-account or device manipulation intended to bypass restrictions.
  • Manipulating matchmaking, attempts, rankings or leaderboards.
  • Referral, bonus or promotion abuse.
  • Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, money laundering or unlawful transfers.
  • Harassment, threats or attempts to gain unauthorised access to LudoPanda systems.

3. Bugs and exploits

If you discover a material bug or exploit, stop using it and report it privately through Support. Continuing to exploit a known problem may be treated as intentional abuse.

4. Detection and review

LudoPanda may use gameplay, account, device, payment, referral and security signals to identify unusual activity. An automated signal does not by itself prove misconduct.

Where material action may affect a player result, balance or account, relevant records may be reviewed before or after protective action as appropriate to the risk.

5. Possible action

Depending on the evidence and severity, LudoPanda may request verification, restrict an affected feature, pause an unsettled transaction, remove an improperly obtained benefit, invalidate an affected result, disqualify an entry, suspend an account or close an account.

A legitimate prize or balance is not void merely because a player is successful.

6. Review and appeals

Where practicable and lawful, a player may ask Support to review a fair-play decision and provide relevant information or evidence. Mandatory complaint or consumer rights remain available.
