Player Protection

Fair Play

Every competitive result should come from the rules of the match—not manipulation, collusion or technical abuse.

How matches are protected

  • Match actions and outcomes are validated by the game service.
  • Entry fees, prize rules and settlement records are stored against the relevant match or event.
  • Reconnects, quits, inactivity and incomplete starts are handled by defined mode rules.
  • Risk signals may be reviewed across accounts, devices, payments and gameplay patterns.

Prohibited conduct

  • Using bots, modified clients, scripts, exploits or unauthorised automation.
  • Colluding with another player or coordinating outcomes.
  • Creating or controlling accounts to manipulate matchmaking, rankings, offers or rewards.
  • Abusing refunds, payment reversals, promotions or identity systems.
  • Harassing players, support staff or other members of the community.

Reviews and enforcement

LudoPanda may review suspicious activity, temporarily restrict features, withhold an unsettled payout, request verification or suspend an account while an investigation is completed.

Where an error is confirmed, we may correct the affected match, event, wallet entry or reward in accordance with the applicable rules and records.

Report a concern

Open the Support panel in the LudoPanda app and include the match, event or transaction reference together with a clear description of what happened. Screenshots and timestamps can help the review.
